RETURNS

Returns Policy

We accept returns provided that:

• The product has not been used
• It is in the same condition as when it was received
• The original packaging is retained

• Products made to order or customized cannot be returned, as they are manufactured specifically for each customer.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and accessories must be intact and show no signs of use.

Time limit for requesting a return

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

To start the process, you must write to us at info@theriotgarden.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Return costs

Shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within the first 48 hours after receipt, attaching photographs to info@theriotgarden.com. We will review the case and offer a solution (replacement or refund).

Philosophy

The Riot Garden is a small workshop. Each piece is handmade with care. If you have any issues, we prefer to discuss it and resolve it personally.
