Where do we ship?

We currently ship within Spain. The project was born in Almería, and we want to consolidate ourselves nationally before expanding.

Shipping costs

• Standard national shipping: €4.95
• Free national shipping on orders over €40

• Standard shipping to Italy and Portugal: €8.99
• Free shipping to Italy and Portugal on orders over €100

We work primarily with Correos to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time in Spain is 3 to 5 business days.

The estimated delivery time to Italy and Portugal is 5 to 8 business days.

Some pieces—especially those adapted for tunnels—can be made to order. In these cases, the creation and preparation time usually ranges from 7 to 10 business days before shipment.

Each order is prepared manually in the workshop. It's not automated logistics. It's a careful process.

Order preparation

Orders are usually prepared within 24–72 business hours (except for pieces for stretched piercings), depending on the workload and the type of piece.

Packaging

The packaging is completely recyclable.

We want the shopping experience not to end with the product. We want it to be a small ritual.
