In traditional Japanese art, clouds—kumo—appear as stylized forms across textiles, ceramics, and paintings. They are not just decorative elements: they symbolize the transition between the human and spiritual worlds.

For centuries, these same motifs have been adopted in traditional Japanese tattooing, where clouds envelop dragons, flowers, or mythical creatures, adding depth and dynamism to the composition.

Kumo translates that curved, organic pattern into jewelry form, creating a silhouette that seems to gently float on the skin. It is a light symbol, yet steeped in history.
